Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days from subscribe date.
If 7 days have passed since your subscription purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • if you lost your user access, we will restore your login access.
  • if you missuses of our subscription and it was blocked from mother IPTV server, we will restore it.
  • Any subscription that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.

Subscription Service Availability :

Our IPTV service is subject to availability based on the subscription plan. We update our service regularly, adding new channels and content. However, we do not guarantee the availability of specific channels, movies, or programs at all times. In case of service interruption, users will be notified, and efforts will be made to restore service as soon as possible.
